Agenda Item #11 Title Georgia Skin and Cancer Center Description 900 Mohawk St. Recommendation Staff recommends APPROVAL of the General Development Plan /Group Development for Georgia Skin & Cancer Center. The Specific Development Plan shall be in compliance with the approved General Development Plan and meet the SDP requirements listed in the staff report. Summary of Variances Additional Information The proposal was reviewed by the Savannah Zoning Board of Appeals on March 31st, 2009 for three requested variances: 1) approval of a use (residential property in medical group development) 2) approval of a material (use of oyster shells for paving required parking) 3) approval of a parking variance (142 spaces instead of 145 spaces required). The ZBA approved only item 3) Three space reduction in required parking.
